It seems easy enough to make them on your own... You can order the little tins (from Papermart --$9.60 for 24) to put in the seeds (photo shown: Wildflower Mix Seeds Flower Garden Seed 1/4 lb for $14).
Place a silk flower on top (48 flowers or $23.76) using hot glue or craft glue. Place a little ribbon on them and a little note to personalize it! If you shop around a bit more, I'm sure you can find less expensive containers or flowers. But with what if you buy all these things above, you're looking at $.81 a favor (excluding shipping or taxes) What a great favor for a spring wedding or shower!!!
