After the epic disaster what is known as our ceiling, we finally got the ball rolling with our homeowner's insurance. And low and behold, it was painless and more than generous! They are paying to fix the ENTIRE roof! Not just the living room area! And... they are cut us checks for new furniture too! HOORAY!!!!
We knew soon we had to fix the entire roof but I guess rain and isn't so bad after all! It took care of it for us!
WOOT WOOT!
