I've been fixated with the idea of joining a fitness boot camp for the past few months. I know in my gut I just am not as physically fit as I could be and really want to push myself. So, I scoured the web and found one that isn't as atrocious as some of the ones I've heard about. I don't mind getting helled at and think with some goals and rules in the camp, I can really work hard towards my goal.
With all that being said, I finally picked up the phone and called and signed up. I start March 17 (guess i'm not drinking green beer!) Just a little nervous and very unsure of myself how well I'll match up to everyone else. I know I'll do well... but I don't want to die on the first day! :)
