Breakfast
~ smoothies

Lunch
~ chickpea patties
~ chicken salad
~ quesadillas
~ grilled avocado with hard boil egg 

Dinner
~ taco salad
~ pasta casserole (make ahead meal) with sautéed squash
~ macadamia crusted halibut with green beans
~ roast chicken with fennel, carrots, and potatoes
~ pork tenderloin with maple roasted Brussel sprouts (new meal)
