Late to the party

Dear Spaghetti Squash,

I'm sorry I'm so tardy to the dinner party. I was afraid you weren't cool enough for my palette. How WRONG was I?! You are all that and a bag of chips! But I'm here now and ready to get down! You are easy to make and need little spices to make you amazing! Don't worry, I won't be a stranger and will even visit your other cousin squash now!

What do you put on yours? I've been shy about trying it because I don't know how to serve it. With spaghetti sauce seems a little odd to me.

Not to worry, I think you'll like it. It's different and that's why I was afraid of it too!

At first I just drizzled a little olive oil, added some garlic powder and a pinch of seasoning salt. Then we were eating homemade tomato soup and added some on top of it to see how it was and OMG, it was amazing! Seemed odd but definitely wonderful!

The homemade tomato soup was easy, 1 can of tomato paste, fill can up with milk (we used FF), and a can of water. Seasonings added: paprika, seasoning salt, garlic powder. It's nice and thick!
